Tuti Bodin

Managing Director

Tuti is a Managing Director in the FinTech team, where she advises clients in the financial technology and financial institutions sectors. With over 20 years of investment banking experience, Tuti has worked with corporates, sponsors, creditors, and sovereigns across Europe and globally on a broad range of mergers and acquisitions, debt restructurings, equity raises, and strategic advisory transactions.

Her focus is on the financial markets infrastructure space – across pre-trade, trade and post-trade verticals – and on balance sheet businesses, including Insurtech, neobanks and technologies serving these end-clients.

Tuti joined Torch in 2025, having previously spent over 15 years at Moelis & Company, most recently as a Managing Director covering FinTech. She previously held FIG coverage roles at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Citi, and began her career as a Financial Controller at Iron Mountain in France.
