Internship and Graduate Schemes
We are looking for talented individuals to join the firm through our Internship and Graduate schemes. We value creative thinking, analytical ability, an exceptional work ethic and a collegiate attitude. Every member of the Torch team has the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to our clients' and our firm's success.
London Summer Internship Scheme
Our London Summer Internship Scheme is offered to students in their penultimate year of university who wish to gain exposure to the fast-paced and exciting world of technology investment banking. This is an 8-week scheme, combining short financial and valuation modelling training programme, internal training, and inductions. The scheme also provides a unique opportunity to work directly with senior executives at the firm and contribute to live transactions. Full-time Graduate Analyst roles for the following year may be offered to exceptional Interns. London Summer Internship Scheme commences in June of each year.

London Summer Graduate Scheme
Our London Graduate Scheme is an opportunity to begin your investment banking career as a Graduate Analyst with a thriving firm. Our Graduate Scheme runs in parallel with our Internship Scheme and we aim to convert those who complete the internship, to start onto our Graduate scheme the following year. Torch offers a structured and tailored four-week programme, designed to create best in class analysts. Our Graduates work across some of the most exciting clients in the global technology sector, and have an opportunity to learn directly from the senior team. Those who complete our Internship Scheme and receive a conversion offer for the London Graduate Scheme, will start the following year in July.

Paris Internship Scheme
We are looking for an intern to join the Paris office for 6 months. You will be working on live transactions directly and learning from senior teams in London and Paris. This will help you develop a clearer sense of the TMT industry and gain invaluable experience to further shape your career.
