He has advised on numerous M&A and private capital transactions with experience supporting financial sponsors (e.g., Latour Capital, Charterhouse Capital Partners, Carlyle, TA Associates and Bridgepoint among others), corporates (e.g., Orisha, OVHcloud) as well as founders (e.g., Fiabila, Horizon Data Services, Castell Salmon, EFI Automotive).

Before joining Torch in 2026, Tarik spent several years at Stifel and DC Advisory in Paris.
