Stefan specialises in advising high-growth tech businesses on M&A and recapitalisation transactions, with a strong focus on B2B SaaS and B2C business models.
He has supported many of the firm’s fastest-growing clients, combining deep sector knowledge and transaction expertise to deliver successful outcomes across both M&A and capital raising processes.
Prior to joining Torch, Stefan worked at EY Tech M&A, gaining international experience across the Munich and London offices. He joined Torch in 2018 and is a native German speaker, supporting the firm’s growing presence in the DACH region.
