Oscar is Managing Director, Data Centre Real Estate and Infrastructure at Torch having spent over a decade in commercial real estate capital markets, including as Partner EMEA Data Centres at Knight Frank and Director in CBRE EMEA Data Centre Capital Markets as well as previously working across Central London office real estate capital markets.

He specialises in the full lifecycle of data centre real estate from powered land through to stabilised asset transactions having worked extensively across EMEA.

Oscar has a deep understanding of global data centre markets and has an extensive network with data centre operator / developers, landowners, occupiers, institutional and private investors acting on both sellside and buyside mandates.
