Fernando is a Vice President based in London, specialising in M&A and private capital transactions within the digital consumer, software, FinTech, and digital infrastructure sectors.
He partners with founders and investors of high-growth companies to navigate complex deals and deliver strategic outcomes.
Fernando brings in a global perspective to the Torch team, having advised on numerous cross-border M&A transactions in Asia. Before joining Torch in 2025, he spent several years at Rothschild & Co in Hong Kong and Singapore.
