Edin is a Vice President within our M&A team in London, executing transactions across the Digital Infrastructure and Software sectors.
Edin joined Torch as an Analyst in 2020 and has advised on numerous sell-side and buy-side M&A and private capital transactions across Europe. He has experience supporting financial sponsors (e.g. Permira, CapVest, DWS and Smedvig among others) as well as founders (e.g. GleSYS, Nexthink).
