Dima Minzararu

Director

Dima is a Director in our M&A team in London, working on origination and transaction execution.

He has extensive M&A and private capital experience, having advised on numerous transactions across the Technology, Media and Telecoms, and Tech-enabled Business Services sectors.

Prior to joining Torch, Dima was part of the Credit Suisse TMT team for over 10 years, and also worked at Blackwood Capital, advising private and public companies on buy-side and sell-side M&A, and capital raising transactions.
