Clavis raises $20m Growth Equity
Torch Partners has advised Clavis Insight on a $20m growth equity investment from Accel-KKR and existing investors. Clavis Insight is the world’s leading provider of eCommerce store analytics to consumer packaged goods (CPG) companies. Its eCommerce Intelligence platform is used by the world’s top 10 CPG companies and half of the next 100 CPG companies. The investment will be used to support the Company’s strategic growth initiatives including the international expansion of sales and the continued innovation of the platform.
This transaction further demonstrates Torch’s experience in advising SaaS companies on raising growth equity, as well as its strong relationships with leading technology investors.
