Merger of SkyDox and Workshare
Torch Partners acted as exclusive financial advisor to SkyDox in connection with its merger with Workshare to launch the first policy-based enterprise collaboration platform for mobile, cloud and desktop usage.
The combination is supported by growth capital investment from a UK investor group led by Scottish Equity Partners and includes Business Growth Fund.
