Adeunis on the sale of its Vokkero business unit to VOGO

Vokkero is a major international reference in audio communication systems for professional sports. Its “Squadra” solution was notably selected to equip referees during the last four World Cup football championships, as well as by multiple professional sports leagues and sport coaches worldwide. Vokkero has also developed dedicated solutions for the entertainment, industrial and services sectors. Vokkero employs 25 people in France (Crolles) and the US (New York).

Established in 2013, VOGO develops, markets and distributes a live audio-visual content streaming platform. This acquisition strengthens VOGO’s positioning in sports by expanding its range of professional solutions with an audio offer recognized throughout the world. With this operation, VOGO stands to gain from a unique integrated solution, combining audio and video technology systems that will give the company a decisive competitive advantage among its shared customer base of sports federations, leagues, clubs and events organisers.
