TransIP acquires iTernity
Torch Partners has acted as exclusive financial adviser to TransIP Group B.V. on the acquisition of IT-Ernity Holding B.V. from GMT Communications Partners, VSS and management.
IT-Ernity provides business critical managed services and shared hosting for SMEs in the Netherlands with brands including Proserve, CloudVPS and Signet.
The combination of TransIP and IT-Ernity will create one of the largest hosting and cloud providers in the Benelux offering customers the choice of multiple managed and unmanaged platforms.
The transaction adds to Torch’s strong track record in the hosting, colocation, cloud, and internet infrastructure sector.
