TelecityGroup acquisition of UKGrid Group
TelecityGroup acquired UKGrid Group, a leading UK data centre operator for £11.7m.
The acquisition of UK Grid will immediately add approximately 1.5 megawatts of high quality carrier neutral capacity to TelecityGroup’s existing estate in the North West with the potential for further expansion.
