The Permira Funds to acquire Teraco Data Environments
A company backed by the Permira funds has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire 100% of Teraco Data Environments, the largest provider of carrier neutral datacentre services in Sub-Saharan Africa. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Torch Partners acted as sole financial advisor to the Permira funds on the transaction.
