Just Eat Series B financing
Just Eat have raised $48m of equity financing in a round co-led by Greylock Partners and Redpoint Ventures with Index Ventures and other existing angels also investing.
The new capital will be used to further internationalise the Just Eat network.
Torch acted as sole financial adviser to Just Eat, introducing potential investors and managing the financing process.
