The sale of Verne’s managed private cloud operations and associated datacentre facilities in Pori and Tampere represents Verne’s strategic focus on providing high-performance colocation services for AI and enterprise workloads.
Backed by Cube Infrastructure Managers, Glesys is a leading Nordic cloud and Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) provider with strong regional presence in Sweden and Finland. This acquisition further expands Glesys’ regional reach and strengthen its ability to deliver scalable and sustainable infrastructure solutions to its customers within the region.
