Torch Partners acted as exclusive financial adviser to Capita plc on the carve-out and sale of its subsidiary AMT Sybex to Jonas, a division of Constellation Software Inc. The disposal is part of Capita’s stated strategy to re-focus on its core markets and to reduce indebtedness.
